April: You've decided then, for sure. Elly: We've made all the arrangements, April. We're going to move down the street. April: I wanted that house to be Michael's. Elly: It's better this way, honey. Our house is the perfect size for his family, and it's too big for us. John: We know you're upset. We hadn't planned to move until you were in university - this just happened to come along, and we couldn't pass up such a great opportunity. You'll get used to living in a new house. We can finish the basement - just for you!

Basements are ‘cool’ places to have a bedroom, especially in warmer climates. They make for a nice sleeping temperature.
