I’ve been enjoying this week’s strip since I never got to see Mike and Deanna when they were young. Makes me curious who April will end up with - I always thought Jeremy.

Akenta, according to “the end” back on the last day of August, April graduated from vet school, got a job with the Calgary Stampede taking care of the horses, and stayed out west with a boy she met there.

I’m so glad Lynn’s doing these strips. In the original run Deanna just disappeared, now we get a foreshadowing of things to come.

krusher2 I think that expression runs in the family; the other Pattersons wear it often. A similar great take done by the father in ‘Calvin & Hobbes’ was a reax to being called ‘Dopey Dad’ - priceless.

I actually think Lynn is Retired so these ones are actually in syndication like few of the other comic (eg. Calvin & Hobbes)
