    This strip was expanded into probably one of the most heart wrenching moments of “A Garfield Christmas Special”, where Grandma talks about the Christmases she spent with her husband.

    It’s a very nice way to spend time, sitting in a nice chair with a kitty on your lap, petting them. They really do give life more dimension and keep the lonely at bay, pets.
