garfield can’t talk! those are thought bubbles! also because he is a cat, to no extent will he be ever able to talk human language, it is basically impossible… well I guess in the garfield series he talked… so maybe this is a magic place! after all, there was the pet heroes in one of the movies and everything was magic there, so maybe?
