Protector of the weak; Nemesis of all the evil doughnuts in the world [urp]

only ONE! the lady has far more will power than i do. (my will is strong, it’s my “won’t” that’s weak.)

I like this one it gave me a laugh. Of course I fell on my butt afterwards but I’m ok and am still laughing.

I have jumped on many a doughnut to save someone.

I’m still wondering how Jon got Liz as consistent female company. Frank had a better chance with Brandy in “Liberty Meadows”, and even he caused Hell to almost freeze over in the process (see current story line).

Hm, if Jon’s actually SUCCEEDING at something, then maybe Jim Davis SHOULD retire. :)

HAHAHA! That made me laugh more than the strip!

I thought that Liz would warn Jon in the second panel that Garfield might eat one. Come to think of it, he knows his eating habits but continues to cluelessly leave yummy food out all the time…

Maybe he’s resigned to not being able to change Garfield, BinaryWiener; especially as Garfield will probably like it more if it’s hidden (the thrill of search adds some flavour) after he (inevitably) finds it.

I’m surprised the donuts lasted ten seconds after Jon put them on the counter. I’d have thought Garfield would’ve scarfed ‘em all up by now.

someone had to save her from her fate. It’s a comic people, it’s for fun. Why read it, if you don’t like it .

I know why she wants him to put them away, cause fat on a woman is like sugar in a tea cup, it usually settles to the bottom .

Cops and cats (well Garfield at least) putting their lives on the line for us daily.

It’s a dirty job, but somebody’s got to do it.

Garfield really fell hard after that lasagna cake! Such a brave and gallant cat to face those nasty donuts :)

Careful, Garfield. Getting between your doctor and a plate of donuts could get you on a diet.
