From the first panel with its sign mention rawsagna and rawvioli, I’ve heard of the rawsagna before on the Los Angeles, California, episode of Travel Channel episode of “Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern” (Zimmern now hosts a show on the same channel called “Andrew Zimmern’s Bizarre World” which, well, talks about odd customs in the world).
