He calls over his shoulder, "I'll turn off the water-sprinkler, Mom!"<BR><BR> Snoopy curiously approaches the still whirring blades of the sprinkler.<BR><BR> He goes too close and is hit on his nose with a Clank!<BR><BR> He stands behind the tree with his paining nose, and looks at the sprinkler.<BR><BR>

The lawn sprinkler made obsolete the chore of scattering ice cubes on the lawn.
