He asks, "Have you seen these new milk bottle caps?"<BR><BR> She stands up next to him as he continues, "They're really sensational! See? They're bright red..."<BR><BR> She follows him as he continues, "Whoever invented these knew what he was doing...."<BR><BR> They stand nearby watching Linus chewing. Charlie Brown concludes, "Linus really enjoys chewing on them!"<BR><BR>

Milk bottle caps came in two parts. A large round part that fit over the whole mouth of the bottle. It had a round indentation, so that the second part, which was just a round pice of colored cardboard, would fit into the first part – in the bottle mouth – making a seal. You could put the first piece inside your shirt, and on the outside of your shirt the second piece, pushed into the indentation would make for a badge.
