Snoopy watches him.<BR><BR> Snoopy stares at the dish.<BR><BR> He sits up and thinks, "Meow!"<BR><BR>

I never thought of it before, but “meow” can be primitive language for “me ow” or “me hurt”.

it’s kinda like you’re sitting on your school bench and then the teacher calls to you to answer the question then you say who me? then when you get up your leg hits against the desk and you get hurt and then you say ow! so me? ow!
