I like the wisdom of the desert tortoise. Just eat the thorns, there’s fruit & flowers in there, somewhere.
In otherwords beware of telemarkets and orginazations wanting money.
My thoughts goes to tornado ravage people in Joplin, MO. This strip could go to them as conartist try to strike there.
Edward Hick’s Peaceable Kingdom is on a similar theme—but if you look carefully, the predators’ eyes are all very strained.
Seems like every time I read Matthew 10:16, I hear the wind, crickets chirping, a siren in the distance….nothing noteworthy.
