Rather than try to guess what to buy for Christmas, my wife and I pick out a few things we need and buy them for ourselves. If I wrap them more than four days before Christmas, I don’t have to ACT surprised when I open them. By then I’ve forgotten what I bought. As the saying goes, “I can hide my own Easter eggs.”
