Chocolate sandwiches… when I was a kid and living in Italy for a few years, we got a snack back on a school field trip that among other things included a roll and a chocolate bar. Most turned them into chocolate sandwiches. The trick is that the bread and chocolate need to be of good quality for the sandwich to be good.

I do things like that all the time- green beans in ketchup, pancakes with tabasco sauce, etc.
