I see the Highway Patrol just got some new Carbon Motors E7 Interceptors. Those probably ARE fast enough to catch NASCAR boys on the track!

don’t forget to add in there, speeding, reckless driving, improper lane changing, following too closely, failure to signal, inoperable headlights and tail lights, no windshield wipers or brake lights…..
