my dad, a 79 year old plugger, won’t cast a vote this year. he claims that whichever candidate he choses is likely to do something terrible for the nation and he doesn’t want the guilt associated with his vote. It is sad. I told him to vote the Root Barr Libertarian ticket and let’s have an ice cream float with that.
Tell him to write in Kodos. Then, if something goes wrong, he can proudly say, “Don’t blame me. I voted for Kodos.” And he can quote Homer Simpson to boot.
I voted already. Thanks to mail ballots and library drop offs.
