Obviously, Mr. Myers has struck a raw nerve around here.

If you really want to send him screaming, Broomie, make one of your usual, patented passes at him. ;)

    Aye, TC, you’re right.

Aw, c’mon, Broomie, he’s just a big, gentle guy trying to do his job. Save your lightning for when it can do you some good, like when you’re facing a firing squad. (LOL)

If you pay for insurance and make a claim for more than you’ve paid in, then your well-being is supported by those fortunate enough not to have needed to make a claim.

Likewise, if you pay in and never make a serious claim, not only are you fortunate in having avoided injury but you’ve helped those who HAVE sufferred misfortune.

If you pay in and make a claim but the insurer refuses to pay out because it means the stockholders won’t get a big enough return on their investments, well…

Zap him hard Broomie, especially if he an agent for AIG!!! Then you can fly him nack to the office and ZAP those execs that took all that bailout “Bonus” money when they whined about going broke.

and if you make a claim, they jack up your rates so that you wind up paying them far more than they paid out on your behalf.

    Tigger,

That is so funny!!! Too bad we couldn’t make all the salespeople and telemarketers who pester us eat dirt.

When you want a salesperson, they’re nowhere to be found. When you don’t want to see or hear from them, they’re on you like flies.
