(Phantom) P. is wounded and bleeding…I hope they make it to the Llongo village before he passes out. Now that the bad guys know the Kid lied to them, I’d hate to see him at their mercy again.(Mary Worth) Interesting. Dr. Drew has asked his dad’s advice about Liza—without revealing that she is a nurse he dated, and not a patient.(Alley Oop) IGNITION!!!(FoxTrot) Rivalidad de hermano (a babelfish translation of “sibling rivalry”).
(Phantom) Florchi, I agree with your comment yesterday. We’re just at the beginning of the story arc. I just haven’t figured out yet where this story is headed.(Rex Morgan) Did you catch the name on the side of the armored car? Blinks!(Judge Parker) What’s that written on the wall? Something about “on the Tuffet.”(Mark Trail) Stupid kid almost gave himself away.(Apartment 3-G) Yak, yak, yak.(Alley Oop) Finally! And I’m expecting Alley Oop to show up at GoComics next Wednesday. If it does, I suggest we use that forum for the Alley Oop comments.(Annie) Chapter 6 of “Little Orphan Annie and Sandy” is at Today’s Annie Comic
(Rex) I caught the BLINKS name. The writer at Brenda Starr was good at such whimsical names – I read part of an archived story that was set at a horse farm—shortly before they killed the archives—and the farm had a great name (which I cannot recall at the moment). (JP) I think the play at the Seedy Theater was “Little Miss Muffet the Musical: A Story of Love on the Tuffet.” (Oop) I agree with your suggestion – let’s comment at the gocomics location after the move.
Phantom – I thought this was a very short story arc. I can see it continuing to deal with P’s injury but wonder how the kid will fit in. Good to know he was delaying on purpose.A3G – So Aunt Iris must move in and out of the strip.Rex – Strips out of order? I thought they were already at the lottery office yesterday. Maybe I’ll check them out again to see if I missed something.JP – They realize the phone might spook the woman, but keep on doing it. “Miss Muffet” – I think I’d just as soon miss that musical. A suicide attempt is much more interesting.MW – So, Drew, tell her again and be more direct. I never want to see you again. Jason and Peter – typical siblings. Drives mom mad.
