All this technical economics talk wearies my brain.

Isn’t a depression when you have no belt for three consecutive fiscal quarters?

Maybe Slim is sooooo good that, after he’s worked on a car, there’s no reason for it to ever return to the garage. Yeah, and each Halloween the Great Pumpkin rises from its patch to deliver candy to all the good little boys and girls.

A depression is when you have no belt because you had to boil the belt & eat it.

I know I’m going to get in trouble for this but I can’t resist.

A recession is when your neighbor loses his job A depression is when you lose yours. Recovery is when Obama loses his.

Slim better hang up his wrenches. If an auto repair shop can’t make it during a recession, then when?

Actually, people are getting their old cars repaired rather than buy new ones. Clearly, the GA garage needs to do some advertising.

whmilll, I was thinking the same thing. If things get too tough for them she could play linebacker for the Green Bay Packers and Slim an offensive tackle.

Why didn’t Skeezix teach his children his trade? His mistake was putting Clovia in the office. He should’ve put her in the garage.
