I could not rememeber if we had that happens or not when we were in the motorhome for our longest vacation trip. I think I am sure that we had bumped and moved up and down frequently while our Pop (father) drove the motorhome on the road. The roads were not perfect and smooth. My family always called my father “Pop” instead of Dad or Daddy. :-)
Nnnnnnnooooooooo - not slower over speed bumps. Most (parking lot speed bumps) are designed for about 15 miles per hour. People who slow down to 2 MPH drive me CRAZY! It’s much worse for your suspension to go that slow.

They didn’t want to wake you up, Fred. However, the road surface may have had something else to say about that.

Not quite the same as sleeping at home in a house that doesn’t move Fred.

the road isn’t always smooth fred, maybe you should move to the floor, you won’t fall off that and crash
even sleeping at home isn’t safe from moving, Macushlalondra
our house moved a bit during the earthquake in ‘*’89 when we lived near san francisco.
