Ruthie works in mysterious ways: she’s inarticulate for the first 3 panels (“One of those twirly things!”), then she’s casually spouting a sophisticated five-syllable adjective in the last.
I love to mention the current comic (as there are no comments there) and today’s was dad reading her an old nursery rhyme "Bye Baby Bunting, daddy’s gone a hunting… and Ruthie told him in no uncertain terms that would not help her sleep! Too great- though this one is good too (and I’m glad to have 2 versions/day still)!
