I had a little sparrow in my pool yesterday who must have been caught by a wind sheer (because it is not such a large body of water to fly over). When I’m lucky I see them just floundering in time but this one was already in a deep nap. In today’s strip the boys have a plan for Ninja Kitty- I hope Ruthie makes sure noone gets hurt.

I hate when I see animals dead along side of the road. It’s like they didn’t have a chance.

I found a bird taking one of those naps on my walkway one fine Saturday morning. Poor thing.
