Awww. So great these two dogs can hang out. You never know where you’ll find a good friend.
The leash is for making sure the humans don’t wander astray. The streets are brutal and you don’t want your human getting hurt.

Except, the wolf could be shot by a errant hunter, or starve to death or get ran over by a car…
