    (Phantom) Things are moving a bit slowly, but the artwork and coloring (esp. panel 1) are great. I like Devil’s pose. (Mary Worth) How is Drew going to deal with this dilemma? If he concocts something to get out of going to the dinner (e.g., “called out of town on an emergency”), it’s not going to solve the problem. (Apt. 3-G) At first I thought “Susan” was on the building’s intercom, but she appears to be using a cell phone. Is “Abigail” Tommie Thompson’s real name? (Mark Trail) I glad the riled-up mob isn’t going up the mountain in pursuit of John. (Rex Morgan) “…help us ease into electronic medical records.” Is Rex’s office going to go paperless? (Judge Parker) Is that Abby calling Sam? What’s going on back at the farm? (FoxTrot) GIRLS. SHEESH. In English, the word “sheesh” is used to express annoyance & disappointment. However, the word used in Spanish (“vaya” in panel 2) translates “it goes.” I guess there’s just no Spanish equivalent of “sheesh.”

    (Apartment 3-G) I usually say, “Who is calling, please?”(Judge Parker) I think there’s more going on here than it looks like. Is that guy really talking to his wife?(Mark Trail) Has Mark returned yet? If he hasn’t, he’s John’s alibi.(Mary Worth) “Fine. You can go by yourself because I won’t be there.”(Phantom) John Wayne couldn’t have said it better.(Rex Morgan) You mean they’re not even using electronic record keeping systems? In this day and age?(Foxtrot) They translated party poopers as aquafiestas. I guess it means someone who throws water on a party.(Annie) Here’s the link to Today’s Annie Comic and Chapter 22 of the Harold Gray story.

    Hey People!..Florchi.. yeap.. SHEESH, dont have translate in spanish, but spanish people have many words to express annoyance and disappointment like “vaya..”, “vaya gente” with a rolleyes xD, “que pesadas”, or the classic: “chicas, ¿quien las entiende?” hahaha..Davidf.. aguafiestas dont means that xD.. “aguafiestas” is for someone that ruin the party.. or dont wanna be part of a party.. example: you and your friends wanna go to a party but you dont have car.. your friend have a car but he dont wanna go cause he is tired or is bored.. in that moment.. that guy is an “aguafiestas” xDHave fun people.. i must work ;___;

    Thanks, andrelguera. It’s like a “wet blanket”.MW – the stalking continues. How can she be so dense?!A3G – I wonder if Margo knows Tommie’s real name or if she knows that anyone who calls her Abigail is from her home town.Rex – electronic records is essential today. They can be shared easily (when needed and with permission). Now I just wish i didn’t have to fill out the same paper forms every time I go in.JP – what a time for a call from the wife. I can’t see how it can fit into the story here.MT – An example of “mob mentality” but the sheriff is a sensible man and calms them down like Atticus Finch.Ph – “A little knowledge is a dangerous thing” but that’s all they have right now.
