I was hoping for a further explanation than who they are. Namely, where did R.J. get the idea? Apparently this is supposed to be funny by virtue of sheer randomness.
harmon killebrew was a baseball player back in the ’60’s. i can see no concrete connection between him and comedian fred willard. i’ll have to shuffle over to the blog to see who might have found one.

Well I don’t know about Killebrew, but the idea that Fred Willard is the arbiter of popularity is hilarious in and of itself.
