The letters W, Q and X are illegal to use on public signs or official documents in Lithuania! Jean Stephens of Wyalusing, PA, USA, kept her husband's body in her home for a decade- and her twin sister's body for a year. Authorities found out and agreed she could keep them if she built a separate building to store them in! Believe it or not! Andorra's declared war on Germany (1914) didn't officially end until a peace treaty was signed on September 25, 1939!

“Failure to report a death” sounds like a charge even Casey Anthony could be convicted of in any state but Florida. (Floriduh).

Why declare war at the start of WWI and then sign a peace treaty at the start of WWII?
Artie Adams over 13 years ago
It was actually 1958, however, when Andorra officially made peace with Germany (which didn’t even exist then).Andorra was actually neutral during WWII (although, technically, France could have called them up, as co-prince of Andorra). Their declaration of war in WWI was largely nominal, as no Andorran troops were ever mobilized, and it being only Andorra, none of the Allies remembered to invite them to the Treaty of Versailles negotiations or even mention them in the treaty itself, so the document which ended the War for the Allies essentially said “Everyone except Andorra is no longer at war with Germany.”
