    He must not be an American because in America, the law dictates that all power mowers must have warning labels which let people know that it’s dangerous to stick your hands (or feet) into high speed rotating cutting blades. And if that weren’t enough, the law also dictates that all power mowers must be equipped with a “dead-man” switch which shuts off the engine when released. (sarcasm intended)
