Mom: Calvin, I... Calvin: Yike!! You're home! I didn't even finish pack.....that is, um...lies! Everything Miss Wormwood said about me was a lie! She just doesn't like me! She hates little boys! It's not my fault! I'm not to blame! She told you about the noodles, right? It wasn't me! Nobody saw me! I was framed! I wouldn't do anything like that! I'm innocent, I tell you! Mom: What noodles? Calvin: Oh....uh....ha ha! Did I say noodles? You must have heard wrong. I didn't say noodles.

The Noodle Incident has never been explained in full. It lets the reader use his imagination… A wonderful tribute to the most common theme of the strip, huh?

“The Noodle Incident is something from the past that is sometimes referred to but never explained, with the implication that it’s just too ludicrous for words, and the reality that any explanation would fall short of audience expectations.” – TVTropesIt’s an incident in Calvin’s past that is never fully explained, but is presumed to be one of the pranks to end all pranks.
