Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson for December 24, 1990
Transcript:
Mom: Well, the shopping is done. The presents are wrapped and sent, and Calvin's in bed. For the first time this month, there's nothing that has to be done. Dad: I know...sometimes this season really seems out of control. We don't often think about what it's all supposed to mean. Mom: Mm-hmm. It's good to sit by a cozy fire and take some quiet time to reflect. Calvin: What's this?! Santa flambe??
