Goat is reading the “Miami Herald” in the first panel, but the name changes to “Palm” something in 2nd panel (I can’t make out the second word)

I’ve got a T-shirt picturing a hedgehog, with the inscription: “Can’t hedgehogs just share the hedge?” The hedgehog is depicted answering,“No.” I’m fond of it, but I’m easily amused.
