Rat says, "Alright, you dumb pig, since you had so much trouble finding us an accountant, I went out and hired our neighbor Alan. He's smart. He's honest. And he has thirty years' experience as an accountant." Pig says, "Oh, yeah? Any catch?" Rat says, "He's a little burned out." Alan says, "Yaaaaay... more @#$%#@* numbers."

Another catch might be that both Guard Duck (who belongs to Pig) and Rat have been scourges of their neighborhood. No one labeled ‘neighbor name’ is going to have any love for these two.
