Judgeing by the building out the hole, I’d guess Rita did a “Dukes of Hazzard” from the 4th Floor.

Actually, that’s only the second floor. What you see below those upper windows is the parking garage. Rita landed inthe ornamental grass by the Fed Ex drop off box.
