There are some catch and release programs which sterilize feral cats. They are deemed unsuitable as pets and because of their vast numbers (thanks to we humans) are re-released after being spayed or neutered. There should be more, though :(

I don’t care what kind of cat comes into my life. AS long as its its cute and affectionate.
