Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson for March 02, 1994
Transcript:
Calvin: I saw a sign on a restaurant door that said, "no shirt, no shoes, no service." But it didn't say anything about pants! If I went in wearing shoes and a shirt, but no pants, they'd have to serve me! Hobbes: They'd probably serve you with a court summons. Calvin: C'mon. Let's see if mom will take us out for dinner!

To be honest, Calvin, the moment your Mom saw your boyish briefs, you’d never get out the door.

I’ve often wondered that myself. I’d like to see someone go into a restaurant without pants just to see what they would say
