One time I heard a mockingbird mimicking the sound a machine gun makes.. or at least what sounded like one. I was quite surprised!!

I once heard about mockingbirds mimicking the screeching sound squirrels make when they’re trying to warn others. They were actually warning the squirrels about a cat in the area.
Wouldn’t that be interesting.
