The Venice Beach freakshow in Venice Breach, Calif., USA, is home to more than 20 live 2-headed animals! Broadcasters on a British broadcasting corporation news program began by declaring "there is no news" on April 18, 1930. Piano music filled the rest of the show. The Manhattan Project, which culminated in the 1945 atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan, began as a $6,000 grant to build a nuclear reactor beneath the university of Chicago football stadium!
