I wonder if Francis will get his money back…

I don’t think Francis will ever get his money back. Nate plays people. Just like he’s playing his father in the last panel.

Well, Nate, back to walking Spitsy.

For people with comic websites, start a mail group with Yahoo. That way you can inform everyone when you have something new. I also don’t want to see outside references here.

I have a feeling he will say no.

Every time I read Nate I am reminded of a guy (29 years old) who REALLY acts like Nate a lot of the time. ALWAYS some great deal waiting just for him to come along. And he always has an answer, just like Nate does. Makes me wonder how many others who read Nate know or work with someone like Nate is. And the guy talks LOUD and FAST, just like Nate does. Everyone is stupid except Nate. LOL

N-G, Gordie said it was worth two dollars, not that he’d buy it for two dollars. Whatever he ended up offering Nate (if anything), Nate may simply have decided he’d rather keep the figure anyway.

Nate’s best bet at this point would be to try eBay. He may find an even bigger sucker than himself out there somewhere…

Maybe his Uncle Ted will be the sucker.
