@Night-Gaunt—I’m not surprised. The more difficult the environment, the more equality tends to be the cultural rule. All hands are needed, so to speak, so all people are highly valued. Sticking them in cookie-cutter molds is less effective than deploying people where their skills and talents can best be used.
