I’m guessing it has nothing to do with something about the camera around his neck or the fact that he’s in software… but the fact that his arm looks like it’s been eaten up and his shirt mangled… I just don’t see why. Maybe because he tried to steal a signal/cable of some sort and burned his arm in the attempt? :-s
The converter box is for the old style film camera hanging around the guy’s next with flash cube. Betcha most people now don’t even know what a flash cube is.

Hair sticking up on head is an antenna and he needs a converter box to clean up his signal so he looks right? I dunno.
