Those are called supernumerary teeth. I work for an oral surgeon, and we see them in 1 out of 10 people. We call them “peanuts”.

i had to get four teeth pulled out before braces. It wasn’t so bad but I wasn’t put to sleep. They gave me a gum shot that numbed my mouth.

In San Diego, there are two Dr. Gable dentists. Dr. William Gable and Dr. Michael Gable, both at the same address, a father-son team I believe. Looks like they got a shout-out here!
