Luann is lying on her bed talking on the phone. She says, "So we're supposed to write an essay about things that harm the environment..." Luann's room in a disaster area, a real mess. There are clothes all over the floor, hanging out of her dresser drawers, Boxes and other junk are strewn about. Luann says, "But I'm drawing a blank."
