I do love fresh caught fish. Last time my youngest son visited we got a license and spent 2 whole afternoons at Encanto- a lovely stocked lake, and he loves to fish. Others were catching, but he just caught some small that he released. Surroundings were lovely and we spent a nice time with my little parrot, but had steak for dinner.
