it seems that somewhere along the line we have been convinced that sugar is the most important start of the day. Be it heavily laden sugar cereals , or sweet rolls, or waffles, pancakes and french toast all dripping with gobs and mounds of butter and sugar.

Most cereals are crap to eat. Give the kids a couple of eggs. Much more healthy.
