He had the umbrella cause it was only raining for 5 minutes, then used it as a tool for everything…thinking it s a toy..oh god..wasnt i like this as well..and nearly everyone :D great one!

Some of my 3 boys did distructive things but I taught them how wasteful that was and they grew up knowing better. My daughter is still wasteful.
This is where you teach him the difference between “toy” and “not a toy”… and make him pay for it to hit the lesson home. ;-)
