So that is what this is about. I understand now. But who is Ann Newcombe? Good episode by the way.

Well, Richard S. Newcombe is the founder and president of Creators Syndicate of which Zack Hill is one of the strips, so my best guess is Ann is a relative of his.

Ann Newcombe was the mother of Rick Newcombe and JohnNewcombe, who writes the strip.John has an interview currently running in the Quad City Times web site, that discusses this story arc.

I don’t think you can have alzhemers if you can’t spell alzhemers,…..Oh crap.
