Well me lads—a finely drawn action panel worthy of framing. We have Tarzan at his jungle best aloft, a flyer in the canopy. Katman , brickhouse , Rayc, wiselad, jhughey and Aperson of interest(you the artist of our group) should be happy with today’s strip. See you all later tomorrow.
That “sniper” looks more like a headhunter from the Amazon, or Borneo than a true African. Maybe he’s an “import” —-outsourced to Africa from South America to spread good will?Anyway, an “old” jungle expert like Tarzan should have this guy in this sights right now, or his instincts are not worth two scents! Mr. ‘House, perhaps that’s a feather in his ’doo? Good early Friday to ya, ’mates!
Is “pixie stick” slang for “blowgun”? Will Tarzan be knocked unconscious by a poison dart, then wake up in their camp, with the pilot as co-captive? That’s one way this can go down.
As you all can see the aggressor is smartly positioned under the shadows and on the windward side so Tarzan cannot see or smell the tarmangany. A dart is about to put Tarzan to sleep soon. Hope he falls on soft jungle cover…….
The cannible must have deoderized with lifebouy soap:) tarzan was to brazen in his approach, because even if the first native misses, his hidden pal may get him. I hope that blow gun is set to stun and not kill.

The last panel is reminiscent of the silhouette of Tarzan on the dust jacket of the first edition of"Tarzan Of The Apes"- right fans?
