Luann exclaims, "Forming a S.A.D.D. chapter at school-What a great idea!" Bernice reports, "I read that car crashes are the #1 killer of teens, and half are alcohol or drug related." Knute remarks, "Shee. What a waste.." Luann cheers, "All right! I propose that we make this incident a positive thing and start our own S.A.D.D. chapter! All in favor?" Everyone raises their hands, but Tiffany screams, "I'll be President, okay?"
