Luann reports, "Well, Dad, according to this article, 60% of kids my age own CD players." Frank replies, "That's so." Frank appears sleepy as he is about to use the microwave. Luann remarks, "No, no, Dad. You're supposed to say, 'Gosh, you don't have a CD player! We'd better get you one!" Frank says, "Or, I could say, 'Gosh, 40% are happy with their perfectly good tape players!'"
