Yeah, about OJ. Could be the reason he didn’t get executed was because the glove didn’t come close to fitting, blood evidence appeared on a back gate AFTER the crime scene photos were taken, and because the lead detective was proven to be a guy who would do anything to convict a black man. Could also be because the sum total volume of blood evidence taken at the scene came fairly close to the amount of blood missing from the vial of blood taken from OJ soon after the crime, and also because the blood chemistry tests made on the blood evidence showed the presence of EDTA, the anti-clotting agent you see in the bottom of a vial used to collect blood. I’m not sure, but that could be the reason.

Fun fact. In 1984,Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil killed a man in a drunk driving accedent. Whats the cost of a human life? $2.5 million and 30 days.

Perhaps because rich people are less likely to murder someone to steal their shoes, or to rape and murder a college student…

actually OJ was class warefare, if you define one rule for the Rich and another for the Poor. OJ had the money to escape conviction, so in a round about way you are Right, OJ’s release is class warefare ;)

Rich people became rich through their own hard work, sweat and toil. When you’re working, you’re to busy to engage in criminal acts. When you’re capable of working, yet you are lazy and receive others’ money, you become bored and crime just comes naturally out of that uninhibited nature.

The difference is that one group has the money to get out of jail and do it again. The other rots in prison and possibly gets the death penalty.

The OJ defense team very cleverly made it a trial of past black injustices. (Cochran to the jury: If you don’t stop it now, who will?) It wouldn’t have mattered what evidence was presented, this jury was not going to convict.
