That was pretty fair. Gina did at least let Mrs. Godfrey finish.

I think a strip like this has already happened………..Big Nate Trivia: What’s Mrs. Godfrey’s first name?

That teacher is so strict, she could give you detention for dropping a PEA on the floor. Gina could do ANYTHING and Mrs. Godfrey would blame Nate for it. She needs sensitivity training.

Mrs. G reminds me of my 4th grade teacher. A real wicked witch, only nobody ever dropped a house on her.

There is such thing as injustice for Nate. Gina mostly get away with everything because of Mrs. Godfrey. Sooner or later Mrs. Godfrey has to go easy on Nate or else?

I´m just saying its harrasement from the teachers side.

Ooh! Ooh, ooh! I can’t help but wonder if Nate and Gina are related to Arnold Horshack.

I had two Mrs. Godfrey’s in my school years, one in grade 6 and one in grade 10. They were awesome. I saw right through the tough outer demeanor and saw the caring teacher underneath. They demanded perfection and, by golly, we did our best to give it to them. They truly made a difference.

I hope this premature volunteering doesn’t lead to other premature conditions in the future.

that is the first time nate has ever done that and mrs. godfrey shouldn’t be a teacher for that.

I have a teacher that would’ve done EXACTLY the same if somebody would’ve done the same as Nate.

The True Reason: Gina didn’t interrupt Mrs. Godfrey when she shouted out. Nate should shout out (if that’s what he needs to do) after Mrs. Godfrey says the question.

That’s exactly what gina does and you never give her detention!

Even though this is unfair, I understand where Mrs. Godfrey is coming from. Nate is a rowdy, disrespectful, mean, irresponsible student, and Gina is well-behaved, respectful, attentive, responsible student. I would prefer Gina too, and probably show some favoritism towards her too.
