Yup, we got the same thing at my house. I nag until he vacuums. I nag until he fixes what’s broken, et cetera ad infinitum. The only thing he remembers to do without nagging is feed us and the critters.
Attic, tried last winter, didn’t get far. Can’t decide what to keep and what to get rid of. Sigh! The living room ceiling will probably collapse some day from all the weight you there, LOL!
Nobody here but me and it has been at least 2 years since doing the garage. My master closet is mostly full of things that I wore when I had a real job in an office. I’ve given away a lot but would rather sell some- just too lazy – rather read toons and watch TV now that I’m 74 and have no job.
