It IS time to work against ALS. The large number of cases arising from that “little war” in ‘91 (that still hasn’t ended) is additional reason to find cause and cure.

^thanks Churchie- after the “exposure” of one unit in particular in the ’91 “incidents in Iraq”, after blowing a chemical dump, a large number in the unit developed ALS, representing a rate many thousands of times above “normal”. Military and even VA at the time tried to cover it up. It was obvious from the get-go that chemical exposure in that “war” was responsible for many of our troops developing severe problems, like ALS, and “Gulf War Syndrome”.

Having been a “CBR NCO” many years ago, and staying current- ALS is merely one result from our use of chemical and “other” weapons, likeDU rounds. War is Hell, and we keep finding ways to make it more “Hellish”.
